Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payments by credit or debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the U.K - place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We will advise you of the delivery cost before processing your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All prices include delivery within the U.K We also ship equipment worldwide and will advise you of the cost before processing your order.
Delivery Schedule
In stock items ordered by 3.00pm will normally be despatched the same day by overnight courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. If any item you order is out of stock we will despatch to you as soon as possible and in some cases the manufacturer may deliver direct to you. If any item is likely to be delayed for more than 1 week we will contact you and offer you the option of waiting or choosing an alternative product.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If an item is likely to be delayed by more than 1 week we will contact you and offer you the option of waiting or choosing an alternative product.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Orders are normally charged to your credit/debit card on despatch. If you intend buying from us regularly you may apply for a credit account and your orders could still be placed via the website but then invoiced for payment on terms to be agreed.
