Ambient QXSCM-80 Straight Internal Boompole Cable KitThis is an internal straight cable kit for an old model of Ambient boompole the QX-580 which was discontinued some years ago but knowing how well Ambient boompoles are made there are almost certainly quite a few still in use. So if you have an old QX-580 this is your chance to upgrdae it with a New Old Stock internal cable for about one third of the original cost. Don't order this if you have anything other than a QX-580! The internal cable is straight, not coiled so excess cable comes out of the base unit. Not as convenient as a coiled cable but the handling noise is better and it will last longer than a coiled one. You will have to solder the XLR connector but that is not difficult, I'll do it for you if you send or bring the pole to Cardiff.
