The Sony URX-P40 dual receiver can be attached to camcorders or interchangeable-lens cameras that have an MI (Multi-Interface) shoe using this MI shoe adaptor SMAD-P5. The audio signal is connected to the camera without external cables and the receiver is powered from the camera battery.
