The SBCC-XLR powers the BETSO SB CHARGER from a compatible 4-pin xlr male source using a dedicated 1.5m USB-C charger lead.

The input is intended for professional 4-pin XLR DC power sources. The USB-C end is dedicated to the BETSO SB CHARGER and should not be treated as a general-purpose USB-C power cable.

Warranty

This product includes a 1-year Betso manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

For help with a fault or warranty claim, please visit our Returns & Warranty page and fill out the warranty form.

Soundkit will then help handle the warranty process with Betso on your behalf.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper storage, incorrect operation or normal wear-and-tear items such as cables and accessories.

This manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
