Shipping policy
How much does UK delivery cost?
UK delivery costs depend on where you are and how quickly you need your order.
Our standard UK delivery service costs £4.50 and usually takes 2–4 working days.
We also offer a Next Working Day delivery service on eligible orders placed before 1pm.
Next Working Day and premium delivery services are only available for items that are in stock and under 30kg.

Can I collect from Soundkit?
Yes. If you are local to us and would like to collect your order, there is a collection option available at checkout.
We will email you once your order is ready to collect.

What if an item in my order is out of stock?
If your order cannot be shipped in full, there may be a delay.
We will always do our best to contact you if there are any issues with your order. Our website should also alert you to any potential stock delays before you complete your purchase.
If your order is placed on backorder and you urgently need the items that are currently available, please contact our team and we will do our best to help.
What if I’m not in the UK?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs charges, duties, taxes or handling fees required by local authorities.
Important: If the buyer refuses to pay these charges, the package may be held, returned or destroyed by customs. In these cases, we may be unable to issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.
Certain products may also be restricted or prohibited in specific countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any items ordered are permitted for import into their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations or local postal services.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £250.00.
Free shipping is only available to UK customers and will be sent using our standard 2–4 working day delivery service.
If you need your order sooner, you can still upgrade to a Next Working Day or premium delivery service at checkout, where available.
What if I miss my delivery?
The courier will usually attempt to deliver your order twice. They may also contact us for further delivery instructions.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after two or more missed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
Once the order has been returned to our warehouse, you can choose to:
If you request a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
There will be no further deduction from the cost of the items. However, if the return is not due to a fault or error on our part, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the parcel being returned to us.
