One of the standout features of the DLTX is its dual power capability, supporting both 5V bias power for lavalier microphones and 48V phantom power for boom microphones. This duality means that sound mixers can switch between setups without needing additional equipment, allowing for smoother workflows and more efficient productions. The DLTX’s robust connectivity ensures reliable audio transmission over distance, maintaining pristine sound quality critical for professional film and TV projects.

Global One Band Technology

The Theos DLTX uses an ultra wide UHF bandwidth between 550-960 MHz. (where legal) with swappable frequency ranges based on your phone’s GPS / Firmware Update. Now you can travel the world with one wireless microphone kit.

Analogue Limiter

Because its not possible to transmit 32-Bit float, we've added an analog limiter that will bring down your audio's peaks, allowing you to transmit signal without clipping. The analog limiter runs along a separate signal path in the transmitter and does not affect your 32-bit float recordings, preserving your signal in the rawest form for those onboard backups.

Intermod Free Transmission

Thanks to the THEOS system using digital RF modulation, the system does not suffer from intermodulation distortion and interference. Unlike analogue wireless microphones that create harmonics, the RF signal of a THEOS transmitter only creates a single spike. When it comes to coordinating frequencies, simply space out your transmitter's frequencies 700kHz apart. THEOS makes using multiple channels of wireless easy.

Wireless Timecode Transmission

The DLTX’ can be natively synced wirelessly from the Deity TC-1 timecode generator. Timecode ensures your on-board WAV files will sync with your master files in post. This feature is especially useful for filmmakers who need to work with multiple cameras or devices. It ensures that your audio and video files are perfectly synced, thus making the editing process much smoother, faster, and cheaper. Alternatively, the DLTX can be synced via the 3-pin audio jack if you are using 3rd party timecode generators.

Built In Recorder

The DLTX is also equipped with a built-in recorder. The onboard recorder features both 24-bit and 32-bit float formats so you never have to worry about gain staging on your backup WAV files. Recordings are saved to a Micro SD card, providing ample space for your audio recordings. The recorder features an impressive EIN self-noise of -130dBu (A-weighting, gain at +42dB, 150ohm source impedance). This puts it on a par with some of the most expensive audio recorders in the TV and film industry.
