98 Watts of heavy duty electrons ready to power your sound bag for hours and hours. Exactly how many hours is usually a bit of a mystery and depends on which digital recorder you're using with how many channels of phantom powered mics and how many wireless receivers there are in your rig - until now! The Hawk-Woods NP-98D incorporates some clever electronics which talk to any Sound Devices 8 series recorder and tell it how it's doing. The recorder also has clever electronics and can then show you on the screen how long the battery is going to last! That takes away one of the big worries of location sound recording

You have to use one of Hawk-Woods D type NP adaptors to enable this function such as the NPD-TA4 shown below. Alternatively you could use Hawk-Woods NPD-8S combined power distributor and display which provides the same battery information independently of the recorder

UK standard delivery costs £4.50, with free standard delivery on UK orders over £250. Next Working Day delivery is available on eligible in-stock orders under 30kg placed before 1pm. Worldwide shipping is also available.

How can I track my order?

Consumers can return most unwanted products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet our return conditions.
