Warranty

2-year warranty + optional 6-month extension

This product includes a 2-year Deity manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty can be extended by an additional 6 months by registering the product with Deity.

For help with a fault or warranty claim, please visit our Returns & Warranty page and fill out the warranty form.

Soundkit will then help handle the warranty process with Deity on your behalf.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper storage, incorrect operation or normal wear-and-tear items such as cables and accessories.

This manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

• This is the Global version of the THEOS DIFB receiver.
• North American HUSH models are a standalone ecosystem and are not compatible with the THEOS UHF system.
• Actual usable frequency range depends on local RF regulations and regional settings.
• Bluetooth headphone support is not available on North American models.
• Battery life depends on battery type and Bluetooth settings; supplied figures state up to 17hrs with Deity AA batteries and Bluetooth off.
• The DIFB is a receiver for monitoring compatible transmitter feeds; it does not transmit microphone audio.
