The RØDE Reporter is a handheld dynamic interview microphone with an omnidirectional pickup pattern. Its long handle, tailored voice response and low handling noise suit interviews, presentations and field reporting.

As a passive dynamic microphone it needs no batteries or phantom power, and its balanced XLR output connects directly to professional recorders, mixers and wireless plug-on transmitters.

UK standard delivery costs £4.50, with free standard delivery on UK orders over £250. Next Working Day delivery is available on eligible in-stock orders under 30kg placed before 1pm. Worldwide shipping is also available.

The Reporter is an omnidirectional microphone, so it captures voices consistently from different angles but also picks up more surrounding sound than a cardioid interview mic.

How can I track my order?
