The Schoeps MK 8 is a true figure-8 capsule for the Colette modular microphone system, designed for M/S, double M/S and Blumlein stereo recording.

Its front and rear response is exceptionally symmetrical and consistent with frequency. The lateral pickup axis is marked with red and black dots for accurate orientation.
