The Sound Devices CL-16 is a linear fader control surface for Sound Devices 8-Series mixer-recorders, including the 833, 888 and Scorpio. Designed for cart-based mixing, it combines 16 dedicated faders, 16 rotary trims, a large sunlight-readable LCD and hands-on access to key mixing, transport, metadata, coms and routing functions.

It brings a more traditional analogue-console feel to 8-Series workflows while retaining the flexibility of a digital mixer-recorder setup.
