The Sound Devices 888 is a compact 16-channel portable production mixer-recorder designed for bag, cart and mobile production workflows. It features 8 ultra-low noise 8-Series microphone preamps, 20-track recording, Dante audio-over-Ethernet, internal SSD recording and dual SD card slots for redundancy.

It also supports Dugan Automixing, MixAssist, optional NoiseAssist / CEDAR sdnx noise suppression, USB control surfaces and cable-free wireless integration with compatible Sound Devices wireless systems.
