The C19 is a locking 3.5mm to Din1.0/2.3 timecode cable designed for Canon R5 C and Canon C400 camera workflows. Its locking 3.5mm connector keeps the cable secure at the TC-1 end, while the extra-long Din1.0/2.3 connector is designed to reach the recessed Canon timecode port.

Warranty

2-year warranty + optional 6-month extension

This product includes a 2-year Deity manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty can be extended by an additional 6 months by registering the product with Deity.

For help with a fault or warranty claim, please visit our Returns & Warranty page and fill out the warranty form. Soundkit will then help handle the warranty process with Deity on your behalf.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper storage, incorrect operation or normal wear-and-tear items such as cables and accessories.

This manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
