The C23 is a locking 3.5mm to proprietary Sony timecode cable for connecting Deity TC-1 timecode boxes to compatible Sony cameras. It is designed for Sony FX3 and FX30 workflows, allowing timecode to be fed directly into the camera without using an audio track for LTC.

Warranty

2-year warranty + optional 6-month extension

This product includes a 2-year Deity manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty can be extended by an additional 6 months by registering the product with Deity.

For help with a fault or warranty claim, please visit our Returns & Warranty page and fill out the warranty form. Soundkit will then help handle the warranty process with Deity on your behalf.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper storage, incorrect operation or normal wear-and-tear items such as cables and accessories.

This manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
