The THEOS DBTX Bodypack Transmitter is a compact digital UHF wireless transmitter for professional film, TV, documentary and location sound workflows.

It uses Deity’s Global OneBand wideband UHF system, with frequencies spanning 550–960MHz where legally available, and supports remote control through the Sidus Audio app. Built-in backup recording to microSD, 24-bit and 32-bit float file options, wireless TC-1 timecode sync, a full-colour LCD screen, SMA antenna port, CNC-milled aluminium chassis and AA battery power make it a flexible standalone transmitter for use with THEOS wireless systems.

Warranty

2-year warranty + optional 6-month extension

This product includes a 2-year Deity manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty can be extended by an additional 6 months by registering the product with Deity.

For help with a fault or warranty claim, please visit our Returns & Warranty page and fill out the warranty form.

Soundkit will then help handle the warranty process with Deity on your behalf.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper storage, incorrect operation or normal wear-and-tear items such as cables and accessories.

This manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

Important Notes

• This is the Global Version for use outside North America.
• Actual usable frequency range depends on local regulations and Sidus Audio regional frequency selection.
• Some UK wireless microphone frequencies may require an Ofcom PMSE licence.
• Simultaneous transmit and record functionality is available on Global units where legally permitted.
• Battery life depends on battery type, RF power, Bluetooth use, recording and screen settings.
