B2 combines 470–800MHz with 823–832MHz and 941–960MHz and is used for USA/EU frequency plans. The correct version depends on the frequencies you are licensed to use and the wider Wisycom system you are matching, so check your RF plan before ordering.

The MCR54 is a four-channel multiband true-diversity receiver with eight receiver boards, slot-in flexibility and up to 790MHz switching bandwidth.

Designed for professional location sound, broadcast and camera systems, the MCR54 combines four true-diversity channels with analogue or AES3 digital audio, automatic spectrum scanning, infrared transmitter programming and long-range Bluetooth/USB-C control through Wisycom Manager. Choose the B2 or B14 RF configuration to suit your operating region and frequency plan.

Important Notes

• Select B2 or B14 according to the frequencies and regulations applicable to your production.
• B2: 470–800MHz + 823–832MHz + 941–960MHz.
• B14: 470–800MHz + 961–1000MHz + 1044–1077MHz + 1104–1154MHz; this is the UK/DME-oriented configuration sold by Raycom.
• Slot-in, rear-panel, battery and output accessories such as SLK54-IK, BPA54 and BCA54 are separate unless specifically supplied as part of a bundle.
• Always coordinate and license RF frequencies as required for the country and venue where the system will be used.

The multiband front end combines a tunable 470–800MHz filter with additional fixed-band filtering. Ultrafast scanning, 5kHz frequency steps, Bluetooth 5 and USB-C control make large wireless systems quicker to coordinate.

The MCR54 uses eight internal receiver boards to provide four true-diversity wireless channels in one compact slot-in receiver, giving each channel two independent RF paths for robust reception.

SuperSlot / Unislot / MRK16

Slot-In or Stand-Alone

Use the MCR54 in compatible camera and mixer slots, including Sound Devices SuperSlot systems and Wisycom MRK16, or configure it for stand-alone operation with the appropriate optional Wisycom rear panel or battery module.
