UK standard delivery costs £4.50, with free standard delivery on UK orders over £250. Next Working Day delivery is available on eligible in-stock orders under 30kg placed before 1pm. Worldwide shipping is also available.

Warranty

All Radius Windshields products purchased are covered by a 2-year guarantee, ensuring the product complies with the sales contract and is free from defects that existed at the time of delivery.

For help with a fault or warranty claim, please visit our Returns & Warranty page and fill out the warranty form. Soundkit will then help handle the warranty process with Deity on your behalf.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper storage, incorrect operation or normal wear-and-tear items such as cables and accessories.

• Mount base, boom adaptor and pistol grip are not included.
• Includes both RAD-1 and reinforced RAD-2 suspension hoops.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. You can follow the tracking link in that email or view updates through your Shopify order-status page.

What is your return policy?

Consumers can return most unwanted products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet our return conditions. Some products are excluded, and business purchases are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless agreed by Soundkit. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products are handled separately. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot normally be made once an order has been processed or dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, you may need to return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
