The Rode NT5 is a premium small-diaphragm condenser microphone designed for critical recording in the studio, on stage and on location. Its 1/2-inch gold-sputtered cardioid condenser capsule delivers a smooth, balanced sound with very low self-noise and an accurate pickup pattern.
With a wide 20Hz–20kHz frequency response and the ability to handle sound pressure levels up to 143dB SPL, the NT5 is well suited to acoustic instruments, drum overheads, cymbals, ensembles, live performance and dialogue recording. Choose the single microphone for general recording duties or the certified matched pair for accurate stereo recording.
