The RØDE SM3-R is a camera-shoe suspension mount for shotgun and small-diaphragm condenser microphones. Dual Rycote Lyre supports isolate the microphone from camera movement, handling vibration and mechanical noise.

Four microphone mounting positions help balance different barrel lengths, while an integrated cable-management clip keeps the lead controlled. A 3/8-inch thread also allows alternative support mounting.
