The RØDE VXLR Pro connects a microphone with a 3.5mm TRS output to a professional XLR input. Its internal transformer converts the unbalanced source to a true balanced signal, allowing longer cable runs with low noise.

It also converts 12–48V phantom power to 4V plug-in power for compatible microphones. A locking 3.5mm socket keeps the miniature connection secure during recording.
