The THEOS D2RX is a compact dual-channel digital UHF receiver for Deity THEOS wireless systems, designed for professional film, TV, documentary and location sound workflows.

This global version supports wideband UHF operation, dual SMA antenna inputs, flexible output modes, remote control via the Sidus Audio app and a built-in colour frequency scanner. It can scan, coordinate and send frequencies to paired transmitters, making it a practical receiver for sound bag, camera-mounted and location production setups.

Warranty

2-year warranty + optional 6-month extension

This product includes a 2-year Deity manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty can be extended by an additional 6 months by registering the product with Deity.

For help with a fault or warranty claim, please visit our Returns & Warranty page and fill out the warranty form.

Soundkit will then help handle the warranty process with Deity on your behalf.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper storage, incorrect operation or normal wear-and-tear items such as cables and accessories.

This manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

Important Notes

• This product is the standalone D2RX receiver, not the full THEOS two-channel kit.
• This is the global version, not the North American standalone ecosystem version.
• Actual usable frequency bands depend on local wireless microphone regulations and regional settings.
• The receiver can be controlled remotely through the Sidus Audio app for scanning, coordination and output settings.
• SMA antenna ports allow antennas to be swapped or connected to suitable external antenna/distribution systems.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. You can follow the tracking link in that email or view updates through your Shopify order-status page.

What is your return policy?

Consumers can return most unwanted products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet our return conditions. Some products are excluded, and business purchases are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless agreed by Soundkit. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products are handled separately. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot normally be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
