The Viviana Cloud Box is the original legacy device designed to upload audio files from compatible recorders directly to your own Dropbox account. Connect the box to a compatible recorder or USB media device, control it from the Viviana Cloud smartphone app, and select the files you want to upload.

Designed for Sound Devices 8-Series and MixPre recorders, the Viviana Cloud Box helps location sound professionals back up, manage and share recordings without needing to remove media and transfer files through a computer. It can also be used with selected Zoom F8 setups, external card readers or USB drives.

  1. Switch on the Viviana Cloud Box.
  2. Connect your recorder, card reader or USB drive to the USB-A data port.
  3. Put your recorder into file transfer mode where required.
  4. Open the Viviana Cloud app.
  5. Connect to Wi-Fi and log in to your Dropbox account.
  6. Select the recordings you want to upload.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

Consumers can return most unwanted products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet our return conditions.
