Zoom MSH-6 MS microphone capsule

The MSH-6 is a stereo capsule operating in MS rather than the more common XY stereo mode. The capsule contains two independent mic elements a forward facing cardioid that provides the M and a side facing figure of eight that is the source of the S signal. MS recording has several advantages. First if you need the best mono compatibility, just discard the S and you have a forward facing cardioid, no frills just the mono you need. However recording in MS also has the advantage of allowing you to adjust the stereo width after recording. Yes, by adjusting the amount of S you add to your M in an MS matrix you can vary the width of the programme material in the comfort of your own studio. The MSH-6 can be used with the H6, H5, Q8 U-44, F4, F8 and F8n Zoom recorders.

UK standard delivery costs £4.50, with free standard delivery on UK orders over £250. Next Working Day delivery is available on eligible in-stock orders under 30kg placed before 1pm. Worldwide shipping is also available.

How can I track my order?
